SERVICES

At True North, our aim is to address the issues that matter most to our boys. Ideally, the content of our weekly groups is drawn from their lived experiences. However, we also come equipped with a curriculum, Diving Boards from Argonaut School to help a conversation around:

● Managing Relationships with Peers & Family

● Finding Balance between Academic Success & Academic Pressure

● Setting and Maintaining Boundaries

● Prioritizing Mental Health

● Mindfulness

● Positive Masculinity
